This blog is about my traveling experience at KWAN-RIAM FLOATING MARKET. It is on SAEN SAEB CANAL on Ramkhamhang Road in BANGKOK. What a wonderful to have the Floating Market in Bangkok! Usually, the Floating Market will have only the provinces in upcountry like Ayutthaya Province (Ayothaya Floating Market), Samutsongkram Provice (Amphava Floating Market), Ratchaburi Province (Damnoen Saduak Floating Market), Nakhon Pathom Province (Don Wai Floating Market) etc. , so It is so interesting to have the Floating Market in Bangkok for the city people who don't need to go away far from the living place.

Kwan-Riam Floating Market has many scows, antiques, curio, shops, stalls selling food, clothing, souvenirs, variety of food, decorative toys and many interesting things line the banks of the canal that we can take all day at this place happily.

The surrounding of Kwan-Riam Floating Market is so peaceful and fresh that make visitors are delighted.

• The Bridge of Kwan-Riam Floating Market

There is the bridge which we can walk in the opposite site between Wat Bamphen Nua, Wat Bangphen Tai and Kwan-Riam Floating Market. People can take time to offer alms to the monks usually start gathering on the banks of the canal at 7.30 am.

• ACTIVITY : Once you visit Kwan-Riam Floating Market, you can do many activities, for example, take a taxi boat along SAEN SAEB CANAL with only boat fee a little bit (around TBH 20/person for round trip) and take time for half and hours. You will see the beautiful fresh surrounding along the Saen Saeb Canal. Moreover, you can shopping for Fashion goods, Flowers, Traditional Delicious Foods, Traditional Molding, Handicraft ect.

5.30 pm : Last Guided Boat Tour

• LANDMARK OF KWAN-RIAM FLOATING MARKET

Thai people well-know about Kwan-Riam Drama on TV. The Lover who obstructed and bar from the woman's parents and bring to the death of this Lover This tragedy of this lover has been impressible to Thai people on Drama and unforgettable. Kwan (the name of a man) and Riam (the name of a woman) is the old story of lover who use SAEN SAEB CANAL, the place which for saying "love" to each other and they love riding a buffalo around a meadow and it was the place for death after baring from Riam's Parents.

There are second floors for shopping and traditional boats along Saen Saeb Canal selling the food and goods. The Taxi Boat are waiting for the passenger and visitors. 

Current time there are many tourists visiting Kwan-Riam Floating Market, however, this floating market still looks peaceful scene and clean with the well-organised.

This blog is about my traveling experience at PAE MUANG PEE FOREST PARK, the National Park of Thailand.

PAE MUANG PEE FOREST PARK is located in Amphoe Muang, Phrae Province. It is about 10 kms from Phrae City.

For me, PAE MUANG PEE is like the fantastic and amazing place. It is unbelievable for this natural beauty.

HOW TO GO : BY CAR, MINIBUS, VAN, MOTORCYCLE : FROM PHRAE PROVINCE, TAKE A CAR OR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FROM PHARE CITY TO PAE MUANG PEE FOREST PARK. THE DISTANCE IS AROUND 10 KMS.

HOW TO PAE MUANG PEE ORIGINATED BY? 

Pae Mung Pee was originated by natural erosion. It was from clay & sandstone which be washed away by water current, but some of clay & sandstone still remain then become to be various things like Mushroom, Cliffs, Pillars and different amazing things.

 THE NAME OF  PAE MUANG PEE : It's Name supposed to be from the local language of Phrae Province as PAE means "THE GROVE FOREST", and "MUANG PEE" means "THE MYSTERY" & "THE SILENTNESS". WOW! Sounds interesting?

This Forest Park has 500 Rai (800,000 square metres) which is so big park and there are many amazing and interesting things to find out by yourself. The place is waiting for you! ^__^

PANOENTHUNG MOUNTAIN is not far from BANGKOK. You can take the TAXI VAN at the CENTURY MALL on the area of the DEMOCRACY MONUMENT with the VAN fee at  240 Baht per person until you reach KAENG KRACHAN NATIONAL PARK you need to contact the tourist information counter to book the rental PICK UP to go to PANOENTHUNG MOUNTAIN. We need to take the PICK UP serviced by the national park because the own car is not available for the rough way to PANOENTHUNG MOUNTAIN.

Along the road, we will find the natural view, many trees, mountains and animals 

 Now, the half way before reaching the PANOENTHUNG MOUNTAIN, we stop taking a photo of ฺButterfly. You need to know that this is the LAND OF BUTTERFLY here, but the good season to see them should be SUMMER which have many various butterfly flying around the forest. 

As I told you, we need to take only pick up car because of the rough way like this.

Then we reached the PANOENTHUNG MOUNTAIN, we prepared our tent at the camp Ground.

After our tent was already prepared, time to see view in the late evening .

In the next morning, we got up early morning and took the pick up to KILOMETRE 36,
 the great view point and THE BEST HIGHLIGHT for this trip. We are excited to see the beautiful SEA OF MIST and It was my best feeling to see this SEA OF MIST AT PANOENTHUNG MOUNTAIN at the view point called KILOMETRE 36.

Finally, I would like to show you guy that you don't need to worry about the food because at the PANOENTHUNG, you can have the food as below which very delicious.
