Doi Tung Royal Villa located in Chiangrai, the province of the north of Thailand.We can say that Doi Tung Royal Villa is one of the Top Hit and Popular Place in Thailand. Someone says that Doi Tung Royal Villa looks like The Switzerland caused by the beautiful plants and flowers, cool weather and overall peaceful atmosphere.

How to go : By Car : From the city of Chiangrai, along Highway No. 110 to 45 kilometers, turn left on Highway No.1149 about 15 Kilometers.
For tourists who travel by bus can take a purple minibus entrance to the car sine 7.00 am. The serviced time of the purple minibus is every 20 minutes.

Like A Dream :  I can say that travelling Doi Tung Royal Villa was my dream sine I was young. I have been hearing about this Place from my relative and that make me interested in Doi Tung Royal Villa as much as I could feel that time.

Well, at that time I visited Doi Tung Royal Villa, the weather was not much cold, but if you plan to visit this place, I suggest you the best season to visit during the winter months (from November - February). You will have an experience like living in SWITZERLAND with the many kind of beautiful blooming flowers and very cold weather that can get a low as 3-5 degrees and it is the high season for the tourist. 

Valuable Historical Place : Of course, I was so happy and had a great day to take time at Doi Tung Royal Villa where there are many interesting things with the beautiful bloom flowers, peaceful, clean and cool weather, but the most important and valuable thing to me and all of Thai People is Doi Tung Royal Villa is owner by our lovely former residence of the Princess Mother (Mother of the present king), Somdej Phra Srinagarindra. 

The sounding area of the Doi Tung Royal Villa, you can see the guard outside the Royal Villa,watching around, look after the Royal Villa and taking care travelers.

The views of both Burma and Thailand from the top of this mountain.

I spent my time to take a photo of blooming flowers, green forests and beautiful hills.

Doi Tung Royal Villa is located high up on the hill that make us can see many mountains and green forests both of Thailand and Myanmar (Burma) area.

It is very kind of Somdej Phra Srinagarindra, the mother of Thailand's current king or knows as the Princess Mother, she established many projects which useful and valuable to Thai people.

In the past, Doi Tung Royal Villa was built originally as a summer residence for the Princess Mother and now is a museum, displaying her work with the reason to improve the life qualify of local tribal people.
